Chloe MacKean

Chloe works for the food policy think tank, the Food Foundation, and manages their 'Global Food Systems' project, which is all about working with others and showcasing to governments the benefits of implementing sustainable and healthy food policies. Before that she worked for the Government Affairs team at National Trust, where she set up a knowledge sharing network called 'Fit for the Future'. The network links together climate change professionals from different organisations, helping to share best practice. When not at work (and usually also at work) she's thinking about what she's going to cook, and loves talking to other people about food too - which she records in a blog 'People I Meet and Food They Eat'. Food probably takes up about 95% of her head space.
